Video Performance Pro

Terms of service

Last updated 2 October 2026

These terms are between you and Offside Projects Ltd, which runs Video Performance Pro. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13110296), and our registered office is 18 St Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UN. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Video Performance Pro records visits that arrive through your tracking links and credits leads and sales to the video they came from. Its figures depend on your setup and on visitors’ browsers, so they are an estimate of attribution, not an accounting record.

Payment

The free plan covers one channel and one site, and shows the last 180 days. Paid plans show everything since you started, and add the features listed on the pricing page.

Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Upgrades apply straight away and are charged pro rata; downgrades apply at renewal. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part periods unless the law requires it. If a payment fails and isn’t resolved, your account moves to the free plan.

Your responsibilities

Only connect channels and sites you own or are authorised to manage. Tell your site’s visitors about tracking in your own privacy or cookie policy, and get their consent where the law requires it: for their data, you are the controller and we are your processor. Don’t use the service for spam, to mislead people, or to break any law or any platform’s terms, including YouTube’s.

YouTube

Connecting a channel uses YouTube API Services, and by doing so you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The description tools change your videos’ descriptions on YouTube only when you confirm a change, and you’re responsible for the changes you confirm. Each can be undone in the app for 30 days.

Your data

You own your data. We use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy describes. If you delete your account, we delete your data.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We aren’t liable for lost revenue, or for business decisions made from its figures. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms, and we’ll email you before a significant change takes effect. We may suspend accounts that break them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
