Connect Video Performance Pro to WooCommerce

Connect WooCommerce

  1. In Video Performance Pro, go to Settings → Sales, open Choose a checkout under your site and pick WooCommerce. The steps below fill in its boxes.
  2. In WordPress, go to Settings, General, and copy Site Address (URL) into Store address.
  3. Go to WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API, and click Add key.
  4. Name it Video Performance Pro, choose an administrator as the user, and set Permissions to Read/Write.
  5. Click Generate API key.
  6. Copy the consumer key into Consumer key and the consumer secret into Consumer secret.The secret is shown only once.
  7. Under WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, Features, check Order Attribution is on.

Link a video straight to checkout

No separate link needed: your WooCommerce checkout is on your own site, where the tracking code runs. Link the video to your product or sales page as usual.

Check it worked

Settings → Sales shows Waiting for first sale until WooCommerce sends its first event, then Tracking sales.
