Connect Video Performance Pro to ThriveCart

Connect ThriveCart

  1. In Video Performance Pro, go to Settings → Sales, open Choose a checkout under your site and pick ThriveCart. The steps below fill in its boxes.
  2. In ThriveCart, go to Settings, API & Webhooks, and open ThriveCart order validation.
  3. Copy the secret word into Secret word.
  4. In API & Webhooks, open Webhooks & notifications and add a webhook named Video Performance Pro.
  5. Paste the Webhook address as its URL, and save.
  6. A checkout embedded on your own page passes the video on when that page's address carries , or when the embed sets . ThriveCart's guide

Link a video straight to checkout

The link is your ThriveCart checkout page with the video's code added as , which ThriveCart hands back with the sale. Sales from these links count. Clicks don't, because the tracking code can't run on ThriveCart's page. A checkout embedded on your own page picks up the video when that page's address carries , or when the embed sets .   1. In Settings → Sales, add your ThriveCart checkout page under Checkout links.
  2. Make a link to it on the Links page, and put that in your video's description.

Check it worked

Settings → Sales shows Waiting for first sale until ThriveCart sends its first event, then Tracking sales. A purchase in ThriveCart's test mode sends one.
