Connect Video Performance Pro to Polar

Connect Polar

  1. In Video Performance Pro, go to Settings → Sales, open Choose a checkout under your site and pick Polar. The steps below fill in its boxes.
  2. In Polar, open your organization's Settings, scroll to Developers, and click New Token.
  3. Name it Video Performance Pro and choose an expiry.
  4. Tick , and .
  5. Copy the token into Access token.

Link a video straight to checkout

The link is your Polar checkout page with the video's code added as , which Polar hands back with the sale. Sales from these links count. Clicks don't, because the tracking code can't run on Polar's page.

  1. In Settings → Sales, add your Polar checkout page under Checkout links.
  2. Make a link to it on the Links page, and put that in your video's description.

Check it worked

Settings → Sales shows Waiting for first sale until Polar sends its first event, then Tracking sales.
